PTSA General Meeting
Jan 26 @ 7:00 pm

At the PTSA meeting we will be having Ellen Gray speak. She will be speaking on “A Compassionate Approach to Raising Resilient Kids.”

Ellen Feig Gray, M.A., CiPP, CPPC, is an ICF Certified Mental & Emotional Health Coach. She uses scientifically proven tools and practices from Positive Psychology to help her clients reach their true potential for happiness and success, and to build resilience. She specializes in working with parents and their teens or young adults to cut through the noise of all the “should’s” about college and career, and to gain clarity about what “living their best” life looks like— and how to create it — by focusing, on their strengths and nurturing their best qualities.

More information about her can be found on her website ellenfeiggray.com
